Crude Review

Last night I went down to the Muenzinger Auditorium at CU to check out the latest movie playing in the International Film Series. Crude is a documentary that deals with a class action lawsuit filed against Chevron/Texaco by 30,000 Ecuadorian natives. The film examines the suffering that the alleged pollution of Chevron/Texaco has caused in the Ecuadorian Amazon. Read the rest of this entry »

Salty Days
Janky Films released Salty Days a few weeks ago, saw some of these guys filming up in Grizzly Gulch and Rocky point over the winter. They put together a sweet free 33 minute movie from the past season. A little bit of something for everyone, cliffs, Wasatch blower, park, double flips, and much more. Breckenridge Colorado Votes to Legalize Marijuana

For those of you who do not know what Marijuana looks like I have provided the image above. The quaint ski town of Breckenridge has voted to legalize possession of up to an ounce of weed. In unrelated news Mary’s Mountain Cookies of Brekenridge is forecasting record profits for the 4th quarter of 2009.

Ken Block has a new toy, check him testing it out on Guardsman Pass in Utah. Last time I went up Guardsman I had to skin up, I think this way might be a little bit more fun.
